Residents place their trash in a Steward-branded bin we provide at no cost to your community. No liners to buy, no logistics for your team to manage.

Set It Out
On scheduled evenings, residents leave the bin at their door. That's the entire ask... a simple amenity your leasing team can promote on day one.
(03)
We Collect
Our local crew collects and transports every bag to your compactor. You receive GPS- and timestamp-verified proof of pickup on every service, so you're never fielding a "they missed my door" complaint without documentation.
